Preparing a memorial slideshow is a special way to remember and celebrate a loved one. We can assist you in creating a beautiful tribute, below is some helpful information on how to provide us with the necessary media.

Types of Media We Accept

We can work with a variety of media formats: photos, videos, audio files, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Apple Keynote presentations, and links to specific songs on Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube.

How to Submit Your Media

You can upload your files directly to the private Dropbox file request link we'll provide. From there, simply drag and drop the files onto your browser window to start the uploading process. Alternatively, you can share a Google Drive link with us.

Please note: The total file size of all media should not exceed 2GB.

Process and Timeline

After receiving your media, we'll download all content, assemble the slideshow, test it, and provide an electronic link for you to review before the service.

To ensure sufficient time for preparation and testing please provide finished content (e.g. video files, PowerPoint/Keynote files) no less than 24 hours prior to the service.

For unfinished content (e.g. individual images that need assembling and music added), please submit it no less than 48 hours prior to the service.

Special Features and Instructions

If you'd like a title screen for your slideshow, simply tell us what you want it to say and we'll take care of it.

When providing individual files, if you have a specific order in which you want the images to appear, please name the files accordingly (e.g., 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg). If you have no preference, we can play the images randomly. For PowerPoints or Keynotes, please arrange the images in your desired order before sending.

When providing music, please tell us the song and artist, and in what order they should be played. Alternatively you can send us individual files (e.g. wav or mp3 files), a Spotify or Apple Music Playlist link, or links to individual songs on YouTube.

Choosing Your Images

The choice of images is entirely up to you. We typically recommend around 35 images for a 3-minute song, as we find 5 seconds per image to be a suitable duration. However, this is merely a suggestion and you're welcome to provide more or fewer images as you see fit.
